INGREDIENTS
1 lb Chicken Breast (Shredded)
16 oz Elbow Macaroni
1 + 1/2 Cups Buffalo Sauce
6 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Water
Sea Salt (to taste)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp for more spice)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Cook macaroni 8-10 minutes (or as specified on box). Stir occasionally. Pasta will absorb the chicken broth.
- Season shredded chicken with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheeses into cooked pasta.
*Note: allow cream cheese to reach room temperature (or close to it) so it will be easier to stir into pasta
* Reduce heat by adding 1/2 cup sour cream
