Buffalo Chicken Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chicken Breast (Shredded)
16 oz Elbow Macaroni
1 + 1/2 Cups Buffalo Sauce
6 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Water
Sea Salt (to taste)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp for more spice)
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil. Cook macaroni 8-10 minutes (or as specified on box). Stir occasionally. Pasta will absorb the chicken broth.
  2. Season shredded chicken with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Stir chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheeses into cooked pasta.

*Note: allow cream cheese to reach room temperature (or close to it) so it will be easier to stir into pasta

* Reduce heat by adding 1/2 cup sour cream
