INGREDIENTS
1 lb Chicken Breast (Pieces)
1 TBSP Butter
Sea Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Raw Honey
1 Cup BBQ Sauce (Homemade or Your Favorite)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken in a large skillet with butter, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute), then whisk in bbq sauce and honey until smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer 2-3 minutes.
- Layer warm tortillas with chicken mixture and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
*Shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced avocado, diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives are all great topping options.
**Fresh, homemade tortillas are the best, but warming store-bought tortillas works, too.
