INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Whole Milk
6 TBSP Ranch Seasoning (Optional)
6 TBSP FLour
6 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
8 TBSP Salted Butter
12 oz Cream Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in a large sauce pan on medium-high heat.
- Stir in and melt cream cheese. Then, stir in and melt mozzarella. Continue stirring in milk, flour, and ranch seasoning (optional).
- Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes (stirring often), or until sauce is creamy. It will be thick (that’s a good thing). I use a handheld whisk for this part.
- Use sauce as desired.
*I used it in my chicken bacon ranch pasta instead of cooking it as normal. That dish is awesome either way! To add more flavor with this white sauce, I seasoned the shredded chicken with sea salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
