INGREDIENTS
2 + 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 TBSP Sugar
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
16 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Whipped Cream Topping
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
21 oz Cherry Pie Filling
DIRECTIONS
- Line a 9×13 inch pan with aluminum foil.
- Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into bottom of the pan, evenly coating the bottom with a small wall around the sides. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees farenheit.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese until smooth. (It helps to bring cream cheese close to room temperature before mixing).
- Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Mix in whipped topping, half at a time.
- Spread half of mixture evenly over crust. Spread cherry pie filling over that, then spread the remaining cream cheese mix over the top.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
Optional: Garnish the top with some of the pie filling and fresh cherries.
