Cherry Delight

INGREDIENTS

2 + 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 TBSP Sugar
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
16 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Whipped Cream Topping
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
21 oz Cherry Pie Filling

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a 9×13 inch pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press mixture into bottom of the pan, evenly coating the bottom with a small wall around the sides. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees farenheit.
  4. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese until smooth. (It helps to bring cream cheese close to room temperature before mixing).
  5. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Mix well.
  6. Mix in whipped topping, half at a time.
  7. Spread half of mixture evenly over crust. Spread cherry pie filling over that, then spread the remaining cream cheese mix over the top.
  8. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

Optional: Garnish the top with some of the pie filling and fresh cherries.
