Tiffany’s Crock Pot Chili

Fall is just around the corner, which means…chili!

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Sweet Onion (Chopped)
3-4 Jalapenos (Sliced)
4 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
1 Pint Pinto Beans
1 Qt Tomatoes (Diced)
1/2 Pint Tomatoe Sauce (8 oz)
1 TBSP Tomato Paste
3 TBSP Chili Powder
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Ground Coriander
1.5 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne
Sea Salt (To Taste)
Black Pepper (To Taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine dry seasonings in a bowl, and brown ground beef with half of the seasonings mixture. Toast vegetables and remaining seasonings (except tomatoes and beans) in same skillet.
  2. Combine everything in crock pot, and cook on low for at least 6-7 hours.
  3. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chives.
